Recording information during health diagnosis
The following information should be recorded for each step:
- Accession number.
- Date (of diagnosis).
- Field number (to record the history of field).
- Experiment code or number.
- Plot number.
- Pathogen tested.
- Result of test (using appropriate scoring methods).
